Animation Commission information & Terms of Service

Looping animation starting at 75€/83$
-The price of the animation will depend on the complexity of the animation and character design
-Shading will be a +25% increase from the original price
-The animation will include a transparent, flat or simple gradient background! If you want a fully drawn environment background, that will be +100€ / 110$ extra
Storyboards
-Starting 20€ / 22$ per 5 seconds, 120€ / 142$ per 30 seconds, 480€ / 570$ per 2 minutes...etc
-The base price includes two (2) characters and backgrounds. Both will be done in a sketchy style using grayscale as "color" and the characters will be a single shade
-Each extra character will be +5€ / +5$ per 5 seconds
-If you want your Storyboard to have (a rough/sketchy) color then the base price will start from 50€ / 55$ per 5 seconds
Picture Music Video (PMV)
-Starting 50€ / 55$ per 5 seconds, 300€ / 330$ per 30 seconds, 1200€ / 1320$ per 2 minutes...etc
-The base price includes two (2) characters and a single-colored or pattern background (such as dots, squares, etc.) without a shading
-Each extra character will be +10€ / +11$ per 5 seconds
-Shading will be additional +30€ / +33$ per 5 seconds
-Fully drawn backgrounds will be +50€ / +55$ per background
Animated Music Video (AMV) or an animated scene
-Starting 100€ / 110$ per 5 seconds, 600€ / 660$ per 30 seconds, 2400€ / 2640$ per 2 minutes...etc
-The base price includes two (2) characters with simple designs and a single-colored or pattern background (such as dots, squares, etc.) without a shading
-Each extra animated character, it will be +20-50€ / +22-55$ per 5 seconds depending on their movement and design
-Shading it will be additional +50€ / +55$ per 5 seconds
-Fully drawn backgrounds will be +50€ / +55$ per background
-If any character is more complicated or detailed in design, the price may rise from +10€ / +11$ to +100€ / +110$ per 5 seconds depending on the design! If this is the case, I will inform you during the original price quote!
Terms of Service
GENERAL
-Note that animating takes time! If you are in a rush or want to receive an animated product from me within a week from order, I recommend looking elsewhere.
-From me, around 5 seconds of animation takes from 1 week to 1 month (depending on complexity). I will give an estimate of how long your commission will take when I'm quoting your project. I will keep you updated throughout the process and send previews of each stage the animation goes through!
-I have the right to deny your commission for any reason.
-When I have started your animation commission you're unable to refund it. Once I start up with the animation commission, I'll be finishing it.
ORDERING
-Send me an email to [email protected]. In your email, specify what you want (i.e Storyboard, AMV) and what character(s) you would like me to animate.
-I accept payment plans for commissions higher than 150€ / 165$. However, if you are on a budget, please, let me know! We can figure out alternative solutions for your commission idea in that case and I can offer an affordable solution for you.
-You can order only one animation at a time!
-Once the order is confirmed, I'll set up a PayPal invoice.
PAYMENT
-I accept payments through Paypal (€/$)!
-I won't start a commission before the first half of the price is received. This applies always, except when we have settled another written agreement with a payment plan.
-I won't send over the fully finished animation until the animation has been paid fully!
COMMISSION PROGRESS
-Once I have received (the first part of) the payment, I will make a rough storyboard of the animation. When that has been approved, I'll move on to refined storyboard, keyframes, breakdowns...etc
-By each stage, I will be sending you a work in progress clips/videos. If you spot anything that needs defining or changing, tell me immediately! When the animation is at the cleanup (lineart) stage, I won't be making any changes to the movement or animation itself!
-You can request work in progress clips on top of the WIPs that I will be sending after each stage of animation.
